The following circumstances do not fall withinthe scope of Three Guarantees and warranty, and the customer service center will provide paidmaintenance services:

Damage caused by improper use, storage, or failure to follow the user manual;

Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair performed by non-certified personnel (excluding our authorized after-sales engineers or designated service center staff);

Warranty claims require submission of: original product warranty card, valid purchase/usage agreement, or original purchase invoice;

Warranty void if: (1) product identification (SN/IMEI/MAC) on warranty card mismatches physical product, or (2) evidence of card alteration is detected; 

Damage caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to lightning strikes, power surges, or other uncontrollable natural phenomena) is excluded from warranty coverage;

Warranty claims submitted after the expiration of the statutory three-guarantee period are invalid.
